Kayla's Wedding:)

Kayla's Wedding was so beautiful! It was freezing....just like my wedding was... although not as bad as mine,...I was still numb by the end of picture taking! Try to "not-notice" the big zit I got JUST in time for the occasion:)

I just love my little jaxson. He is such a good sport and was so wonderful considering he got ripped from bed at 3:00 a.m. the day before and put on a plane! he then spent the entire day decorating...with no naps and not very many meals...then once again was ripped out of bed the next morning at 5 a.m. to stand in the cold outside the Salt Lake Temple...(not to mention he is teething). He was still full of smiles and a joy to be around.
She looked so wonderful. I did feel so bad for her though.... she got the flu. Rude, huh? She spent the entire morning throwing up and felt just awful at this point...but you could never tell from the video or pictures! She is so photogenic and was a good sport considering she could barely function!
I LOVED her pink umbrella. It matched her wedding colors so perfectly and made her pictures so adorable. If I could do it over again I would take pictures with an umbrella...instead, Jarom and I sat there and let in snow on us while we posed...man...we're so smart!
This picture sums up just how they are. They are both so funny and act like kids around eachother. It was freezing...so in this one they were "shivering" for the photographer.
That temple is so gorgeous!

These next few pictures are the best! The video guy wanted NATE to spin Kayla around. Nate picked her up...but her dress honestly weighed up to 30 pounds by itself. It started to catch momentum as he swung her around and around....and you'll see what happened. It was the best!
They tipped right over and he landed straight on top of her. Their feet flew up in the air...and all you could see was a big white skirt! The whole thing is on their video...and is sooo cute. The video guy loved it. We joked that if he used it as his demo tape people would try and "re-enact" it, because it was so cute!
They just layed on the grass and laughed...it was a great memory! (look at her cute brown polka dot shoes with a pink flower..so cute:)

Nate played her a version of the hymn "Where can I turn for peace" on his Chello (have no idea how to spell it and I'm too lazy to look it up:). It was beautiful and we all sat and cried. Even my dad.....
This is at her luncheon at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building!
My boys at the reception! Jaxson even had a cute little brown sweater to match her wedding colors.

Me and Kayla....
This picture is of my siblings. It was great because we made a "fake" Ryan so he could be there with us. We love you Ryan! It was kind of strange because I would look over and think it was him occasionally.
THE FOOD...it was so good. Granite bakery in Salt Lake catered it and made TONS of different fancy cakes. Yep...I personally tasted each and every kind! So yummy....
Cutting the cake!....Following the reception they headed off to DisneyLand....and I hope are having a wonderful time. Sorry you felt sick Kayla....nobody deserves the flu on their wedding day! Man...she sure looked pretty though! Nothing like I do when I have the flu:) It was a great yet busy weekend! We are exhausted and wish we could have a week to recover...but it's monday and we are back to work and school. Bummer:( Not to mention this teething thing has robbed me of my sweet little happy baby...and I feel so helpless. He is in such pain...and we are getting NO sleep! I will post pics...yesterday was his 7 month b-day! (I will also do my tag Jamie...when I get a second:)

Kristin...I have to tell you that my little sister went to the reception and the first thing she said when she came back was "Kristin looked so beautiful!" and then she had to describe your dress to me. She was right you look gorgeous. So did Kayla! I wish I looked like that when I had the flu!

Hi Kristin! I feel so sad for Kayla! She was telling me that morning that she didn't feel so good, I was like, "oh it's ok I know lots of bride's throw up on the wedding day because of nerves!" Oops, the poor girl had the flu?! Well, she sure looked gorgeous! And you looked so pretty, I LOVED your dress! Your little Jaxson looked so cute too! What a trooper!

You expect to hear that your friends are getting married and having kids, but it's so crazy when it's their little brothers and sisters! We are getting old! She looks beautiful, and Kristin! You look great! I love your dress and you look skinnier than ever! I'm absolutely loving law school... just as you said. We've found wonderful friends and love Spokane. Keep in touch and I'll keep checking your blog too. Hey, matiekay.blogspot.com is the site to get the different backgrounds.

Kristin you are so hot! :) What a beautiful day. She is beautiful and they look so cute together. I will cry buckets when Melody gets married. And...we had a wedding (Chelsea's) when Mike couldn't be there because he was on his wedding and did the same thing. It kind of filled the gap you know? Nothing as great as having them there...but that's OK. Your boy is getting so big and darling!
